Indi Muneesamy

MSc (Gestalt Psychotherapy), MA, BA, MCIPD, UKCP (Reg.)

As a mixed-race former HR professional, my own journey towards health began when I realised that my worsening physical ailments were symptomatic of a deeper "dis-ease" with my particular corporate environment.  I undertook an enormous transformational journey, with the assistance of great quality psychotherapeutic support, which awakened my desire to become a mother as well as undertake a complete career change.  My significant challenges were around negoiating my new wants with a "boarding school survivor".

I will encourage you to work in the present, you don't have to share any details your own unique history unless you choose to.  My natural warm empathy, active curiosity and gentle challenge will support you to experiment with fresh approaches to challenging situations.  I work with:

  • Anxiety
  • Boarding School Survivors
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Work related stress
  • Significant life changes
  • Addictions
  • Self esteem
  • Panic attacks
  • Anger
  • Abuse or neglect
  • Family difficulties
  • Spiritual Development
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship issues
  • Phobias
  • Work or Personal Development

As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I offer a holistic and life affirming exploration of your existing relationships as well as exploring your perception of "who I am right now".  I encourage your awareness and resourcefulness, supporting you to choose your best option in any given situation.
